About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team
  • Liaise with a diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner
  • Swiftly resolve and advise residents on complaints and issues
  • Log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures
  • Ensure agreed targets are delivered within your service area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Well-organized and able to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy and the ability to use relevant software systems

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £18.00-£18.50 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
