About the Role:
We are looking for a committed individual with extensive experience in Senior Care to oversee and guide our team of Caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Care Management:
    Ensure that the physical, social, and emotional needs of our residents are addressed with utmost care and professionalism.
    Assist in all aspects of personal care, getting to know each resident's unique needs and preferences.
    Develop and oversee care plans tailored to residents' requirements (nutrition, hygiene, etc.).
    Facilitate a welcoming environment for new residents upon their arrival.
    Support management in reviewing and updating care plans regularly.
    Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    Assist in organizing special events as needed.
  2. Administrative Duties:
    Ensure compliance with all policies regarding medication management, including ordering, storage, and disposal.
    Conduct monthly medication audits and assist with daily checks performed by senior staff.
    Supervise the weekly visits from doctors and district nurses to maximize their benefits for residents.
    Document regular assessments of residents and maintain accurate records.
    Coordinate visits from social workers and community health professionals.
  3. Team Leadership:
    Ensure that Care staff are effectively deployed and performing their duties to the required standards.
    Conduct daily briefings to assign roles and responsibilities to staff.
    Manage staffing levels to cover absences and report any issues to management.
    Provide support and supervision for staff performance and foster effective teamwork.
    Assist in staff training and recruitment processes as necessary.
  4. External Liaison:
    Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
    Meet with management daily to discuss updates and concerns.
    Coordinate appointments for residents with external service providers (e.g., dental, optical, and hospital visits).
    Communicate with relatives regarding residents' conditions and address any concerns.
