Permanent, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum. Brook Street is currently in search of a dedicated and skilled Manager for a Residential Care Home to become part of their team.

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded care facility focused on elderly and dementia support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise the care provided to residents, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and overall quality of life.
  • Inspire and guide the staff team, ensuring they receive appropriate training and are motivated to deliver exceptional care.
  • Implement ongoing improvement strategies to elevate the standard of care and service provided. Proven track record as a registered manager or in a senior capacity within a residential care environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in providing care for elderly individuals and those with dementia.
