Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and equipment repairs.
- Emergency Response: Cover all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building.
- Contractor Management: Engage with approved contractors as and when required, and source alternative suppliers as needed.
- Team Leadership: Direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision, objective setting, and annual reviews.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Safety Awareness: Possess an understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
- Decision Making: Have the ability to make responsible choices and decisions in the best interest of our residents.
