As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a small team within the Care Services department, ensuring that Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards.
Your focus will be on delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents, closely monitoring and reporting on their daily progress, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services team.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication administration qualification, and previous experience in a Senior Care role.
You will also have demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring, and influencing a team.
