Job Summary:

As a Senior Care Team Leader at Advinia Care Homes Limited, you will play a vital role in leading our care teams to provide exceptional care and compassion to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a hands-on approach to care, setting the standard for your team and ensuring the highest level of care is delivered at all times.
  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance and support to your team, identifying training needs and developing strategies to improve performance.
  • Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team, providing coaching and mentoring to help individuals reach their full potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Unit Managers and Deputy Managers to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to care.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have experience working in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
