As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Social Workers and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Social Workers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to service delivery
- Manage and develop the team's skills and knowledge to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of children and families
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Social Work England Registered (SWE)
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
