Client Liaison Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our team as Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing processes in our care homes, ensuring the effective daily operation of the department and meeting budget targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that sales targets and deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards.
- Assist in answering general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests and internet enquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key care influencers and stakeholders.
- Maximise revenue by managing the pipeline of potential residents and ensuring timely conversions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to negotiate with skill and expertise. You will also be able to prioritise your workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
