Job Title: Site Manager

Job Type: Temporary, 12 months +

Location: North London

Salary: £230 - £280 per Day - CIS

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead a retail fit out project in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing commercial fit out jobs, with a keen eye for detail and excellent client liaison skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they are meeting the required standards and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure that the site is safe and secure, with a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Manage the site budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing commercial fit out jobs.
  • Strong eye for detail and excellent client liaison skills.
  • Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
