Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager/Qualified Supervisor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece. As a key member of our Building Services and M&E team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing self-delivery teams and specialist outside subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee self-delivery teams and specialist outside subcontractors
- Ensure all Health and Site Safety is in place and adhered to
- Sign off NICEIC certs
- Determine the condition of electrics and schedule any works that may be needed
- Cost works using NHF schedule of rates
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of London's up-and-coming M&E contractors on a variety of Voids contracts across London. You will have the chance to work on large residential projects, managing and overseeing teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector
- Industry-recognised qualification
- Previous M&E Fit-out project experience
- Experience as a qualifying supervisor (QS)
