With an impressive turnover exceeding £80 million, LJB Recruit is collaborating with one of the UK's foremost specialized fit-out contractors in search of a Senior Project Management Leader to enhance their expanding team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project programming from the contract stage onward.
  • Manage daily site operations and provide weekly progress updates.
  • Review and approve contractors' Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), maintain ticket records, and coordinate inductions.
  • Evaluate and endorse benchmarks submitted by contractors.
  • Facilitate and supervise joinery and kitchen installations on-site.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of drylining techniques and installation processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of on-site experience managing projects valued over £2 million.
  • Must hold valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
