About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in the success of our company, working on a diverse range of projects primarily focusing on Commercial fit-out work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Dilaps: Conduct thorough dilapidations surveys to identify defects and recommend repairs.
  • Party Wall Matters: Manage party wall disputes and negotiations to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Specification Writing: Develop and implement specifications for building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Acquisition Surveys: Conduct thorough surveys of properties to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for acquisition.
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying: A degree in Building Surveying from a recognized institution is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Surveying, with a strong background in Commercial fit-out work.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Strong Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
