About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Liaison Manager to join our team at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing processes in our care homes, ensuring the effective daily operation of the department and meeting and exceeding budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to fill our care homes with the agreed client base and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key care influencers and stakeholders to promote our services and build strong partnerships.
  • Assist in answering general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, and provide support to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with skill and expertise. You will also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong understanding of the care home industry.
