About the Role

Axiom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Benefits and Wellness Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage inbound benefits queries, delivering targeted service level agreements (SLAs) and resolving employee-related benefits questions and issues.
    • Maintain benefits collateral within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday.
    • Support monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll trackers.
    • Ensure all benefit invoices are reconciled, logged, and processed for payment.
    • Support benefits compliance activities, including ACA reporting, NDTs, P11ds, etc.
    • Respond to questions regarding various types of Leaves of Absence and instruct employees on the application process for the appropriate leave.
  • Cross Collaboration
    • Work closely with various departments across HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure accuracy of benefits processes.
    • Participate in new employee orientation as needed.
    • Support global Wellness initiatives, including coordination of events and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.
    • Understand and adapt to scheduling requirements, as this is a global role that may require availability for meetings outside of normal scheduled hours to accommodate multiple stakeholders and vendor time zones.
  • External Vendor Relationships
    • Develop effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues, manage plan activities, and ensure data integrity through integrations.
    • Audit and reconcile benefits census against vendor census quarterly.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced KPI environment.
  • Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with experienced legal professionals, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and task-focused approach.
  • Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable Criteria

We would prefer a candidate with:

  • Experience in Workday.
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in processing payroll.
