Job Title: Global Operational Senior Risk Officer - Trade & Working Capital Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operational Senior Risk Officer to join our team in Trade and Working Capital Solutions. As a key member of our Operational Risk Management team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks associated with our Trade and Working Capital Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and coverage of Trade and Working Capital Solutions products in TTS, ensuring alignment with Operational Risk Management Policy and Framework.
  • Support and coordinate ORM TTS Coverage of Trade and Working Capital Solutions across regions, clusters, and functions.
  • Establish and oversee the application of operational risk policies, technology, and tools to minimize losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
  • Independently assess risks and drive actions to address root causes of operational risk losses.
  • Collaborate with In-Business OR and Independent Risk Teams to ensure effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business users and Lines of Defense to understand and deliver customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Risk or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of TTS products and processes.
  • Significant experience in Operational Risk management, with expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to address and resolve conflict while maintaining relationships.
  • Detailed-oriented with analytical skills, and expertise in Microsoft Office Tools.
