Job Title: Global Benefits and Wellness Associate

Axiom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Benefits and Wellness Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer benefits plans for global teams across multiple regions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefits-related tasks.
  • Manage inbound benefits queries, providing timely and effective support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Maintain benefits collateral, including guidebooks, intranet content, and Workday records.
  • Support monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate deductions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure all benefit invoices are processed and reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on Leaves of Absence and other benefits-related matters.
Cross-Collaboration:
  • Work closely with HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to ensure seamless benefits administration.
  • Participate in new employee orientation and other HR-related initiatives.
  • Support global Wellness initiatives, including event coordination and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.
External Vendor Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Audit and reconcile benefits census against vendor census quarterly.
About You:
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced KPI environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and task-focused approach.
  • Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in Workday.
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in processing payroll.
