Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Benefits and Wellness Associate to join our team at Axiom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer benefits plans for global teams, including daily tasks and annual open enrolments.
  • Manage inbound benefits queries, delivering targeted SLAs and resolving employee-related benefits questions/issues.
  • Maintain benefits collateral within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday.
  • Support monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll tracker.
  • Reconcile, log, and process benefit invoices for payment.
  • Support benefits compliance activities, including ACA reporting and NDTs.
  • Respond to questions regarding Leaves of Absence and instruct employees on the application process.

Cross Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments, including HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure accuracy of benefits processes.
  • Participate in new employee orientation as needed.
  • Support global Wellness initiatives, including coordination of events and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.

External Vendor Relationships:

  • Develop effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues, manage plan activities, and ensure data integrity.
  • Audit and reconcile benefits census against vendor census quarterly.

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or related field.
  • Highly organized, problem solver, who can operate in a fast-paced KPI environment.
  • Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with experienced legal professionals, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and task-focused.
  • Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in Workday.
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in processing payroll.
