Global Benefits and Compensation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Benefits Administration

  • Administer all health and welfare benefit plans for global teams across various regions; support annual open enrollment processes.
  • Handle inbound benefits queries, delivering targeted SLAs; provide front-line support for employee-related benefits questions/issues.
  • Maintain benefits collateral within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday.
  • Support monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll trackers.
  • Reconcile, log, and process benefit invoices for payment.
  • Support benefits compliance activities, including ACA reporting, NDTs, and P11ds.
  • Respond to questions regarding leaves of absence and guide employees through the application process.

Cross-Collaboration

  • Work closely with various departments, including HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure accurate benefits processes.
  • Participate in new employee orientations as needed.
  • Support global wellness initiatives, including event coordination and collaborations with Employee Resource Groups.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate multiple stakeholders and vendors with varying time zones.

External Vendor Relationships

  • Develop effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and manage plan activities.
  • Audit and reconcile benefits census against vendor census quarterly.

About You:

  • Requires a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
  • Must be highly organized, a problem solver, and able to operate in a fast-paced KPI environment.
  • Poised, confident, and mature individuals who can interact with experienced professionals.
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and task-focused individuals.
  • Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in Workday.
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in processing payroll.
