About the Role

Axiom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Benefits and Wellness Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration
    • Manage the daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans for our global teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
    • Support annual open enrolments, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
    • Maintain benefits collateral within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday, ensuring easy access for employees and stakeholders.
  • Cross Collaboration
    • Work closely with various departments across HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure accuracy of benefits processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Participate in new employee orientation as needed, providing a warm welcome to our global teams.
    • Support global Wellness initiatives, including coordination of events and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.
  • External Vendor Relationships
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our brokers and benefits vendors to resolve employee issues, manage plan activities, and ensure data integrity through our integrations.
    • Audit and reconcile benefits census against vendor census quarterly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
About You
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, problem solver, who can operate in a fast-paced KPI environment.
  • Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with experienced legal professionals, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in Workday.
  • Working knowledge or previous experience in Benefits.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in processing payroll.
