About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Recruitment Team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Recruitment Officer - Administration Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration and customer service aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a busy and sometimes demanding workload
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants and hiring managers
  • Support the recruitment process from advertising to contract issuing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and recruitment outcomes

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent level of knowledge gained through relevant experience
  • Capable administrator with experience of managing own workload
  • Experience of responding proactively to service needs and meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience of dealing with difficult customers
