Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of School of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology and the wider school, delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of School, including preparing and editing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and organization of events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes, reports, and other documentation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation for the Head of School and other staff members as required.
