Support Officer for Head of Department

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of School of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology and the wider school, delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of School, including preparing and editing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and organization of events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects, tasks, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the school team to achieve shared goals and objectives, providing administrative support as needed.
