- Warranty Procedures: Ensure that warranty procedures are followed correctly, ensuring prompt recovery of monies due.
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role in a customer-oriented department, with a track record of delivering high-quality service and support.
- Budget Development: Ability to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring that we operate within our means.
- Target Driven: Previous experience in a target-driven role, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Marketing and Pricing: Understanding of marketing processes and development of pricing strategies, ensuring that we stay competitive in the market.
- Legislative Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation, trade practices, and FCA regulations and duties.
- Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.
