As the primary compliance liaison, you will address inquiries and facilitate ongoing operational requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
This role demands a high level of operational engagement, working with various internal processes and systems to ensure seamless business operations for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across functions to address operational challenges and drive resolutions for Gaming Developers.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving operations and enhancing understanding of compliance obligations for third parties.
- Assist a team of compliance support leads and relationship partners in problem-solving, offering guidance, and providing access to necessary resources.
- Identify gaps, facilitate decision-making, and spearhead the implementation of effective solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks to key partners and stakeholders.
- Aid business, compliance, and other control function partners in responding to escalations by conducting, compiling, and presenting research as needed.
- Organize staff meetings, lead meeting agendas, and ensure action items are followed up on.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in policy, legal, product, engineering, data science, and dev ops to enhance operations and compliance delivery.
- Measure and report on compliance status across the EMEA-managed partners portfolio.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and provide tailored solutions for policy compliance, developer contracts, registration issues, and more.
- Manage internal operational responsibilities, including filing escalation reports, monitoring outcomes, and communicating statuses both internally and externally.
- Advocate for the operational needs of key gaming developers with the policy and developer platform teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on developer platform policies within the games partnerships team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partner experience on platform compliance through scaled messaging and educational resources.
- Demonstrate solid experience in online operations, customer success, account/partner management, or project management.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues effectively.
- Be comfortable leading meetings with key strategic partners and troubleshooting issues.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Possess a strong understanding of the internet and/or gaming industry.
- Experience in compliance or a regulatory environment is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes.
