About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Leader to join our team at the Office for Nuclear Regulation. As HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Directorate to support our business strategies and deliver people services across the organization.
  • Manage teams ranging from Health, Safety & Welfare to Organisational Development.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior leaders, while leading our One ONR culture.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in HR leadership, with membership of a chartered professional body (such as CIPD) at level 5 or above.
  • Ability to lead staff through change, deliver complex programs, and provide authentic, inspiring, and visible leadership.
  • Strong communication skills to express yourself clearly, whatever the challenge or task.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and make connections across the organization and with external partners.
  • Integrity, energy, and gravitas to excel in this role.
