Job Description

Bruin is a leading organization in its sector, committed to driving excellence and growth. As part of its ongoing expansion, Bruin is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team, working closely with the Operations Division to deliver strategic HR support.


Role Summary:


The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning human resources initiatives with the division's business objectives. This position involves working alongside senior leadership to provide strategic HR advice and hands-on support across various areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the division's objectives and drive business success.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the division.
  • Change Leadership: Facilitate and manage organizational change initiatives, supporting leaders and employees through transitions.
  • Performance Management: Work with managers to implement performance management processes that drive high performance and accountability.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the operations division complies with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace culture that aligns with Bruin's values and enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HRBP role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in leading and supporting change initiatives.
