About the Role:

Latham & Bond HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established and highly regarded education institute. As an HR Business Partner, you will report to the Strategic HR Business Partner and be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
