About the Role:

The People Partner will form a vital part of the HR function, serving as the first point of call for all generalist HR expertise and advice across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Group People Director to deliver the HR strategy that will enable the successful delivery of the client's business strategy and objectives.
  • Help embed organisational culture change programmes, taking account of local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Champion diversity and lead on wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
  • Support with recruitment, from initial approval through to onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as Learning and Development, to deliver an exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Able to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long term projects.
  • An excellent generalist HR skillset.
  • Data driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
