POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Configuration Centre

REPORTING TO: Configuration Supervisor

WORKING HOURS:
Rotating shifts: 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30, 09:30-18:00

ROLE SUMMARY:
Act as a crucial liaison between various departments and the configuration team. Responsibilities include:
  • Updating essential spreadsheets to facilitate departmental development.
  • Communicating order-related inquiries to Account Managers and Engineers.
  • Proposing innovative ideas to enhance departmental operations.
  • Coordinating with Transport and other warehouse departments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of orders.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Efficiently manage email and phone communications.
  • Minimum educational qualifications include GCSE in Maths and English.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in administrative roles within a technical production environment is preferred.
