About the Role:

This is a key position within Nomad Foods, responsible for creating and landing business insights through data and analytics. The successful candidate will understand and communicate the company's performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead insight and analytics projects to improve data and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insight & Analysis: Identify and lead analysis to land actionable insights with the business. Proactively seek growth opportunities, develop analysis briefs for self/team/external agencies to provide insights and recommendations. Utilize a range of data sources and analytical approaches to address business questions.
  • Data & Performance: Contribute to the delivery of continuous data management in terms of agency partnerships, scope of data, budget management, and delivery. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of business reporting, enabling intuitive self-serve access for the business.
  • Performance Review: Proactively develop analysis to identify business issues/opportunities, contributing to the monthly Exec Performance Review as well as ad hoc analysis.
  • Data & Analytics Innovation: Lead projects to enhance the company's data and analytical capability, seeking new advancements in data and technology capabilities to enable the business to act more quickly and effectively. Understand the benefits of developing new tools and bring them to reality.

About You:

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in insights and analytics, who can manage high levels of complexity and detail, and translate into clear messages and outcomes to enable action. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a variety of projects, from insight to capability, from a range of stakeholders across functions and all levels of the business.

  • 3+ years of experience in an Insights & Analytics role
  • Highly familiar with continuous data (EPOS, household panel) with strong analysis skills
  • Strong insight and recommendations delivery - connecting different data sources to create and land compelling and actionable outcomes
  • Multi-market experience preferred but not essential
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
