Key Responsibilities

  • Insight Generation - Develop and lead analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of business reporting, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Analysis - Conduct regular analysis to identify business issues and opportunities, contributing to executive-level performance reviews and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Analytics Innovation - Lead projects to enhance Nomad Foods' data and analytical capabilities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Insights & Analytics role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with continuous data sources (EPOS, household panel) and strong analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
