About the Role

This is a key position within Nomad Foods, responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in insights and analytics, able to navigate complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insights - Develop and lead analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges, using a range of data sources and analytical approaches to inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Performance Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning - Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives, using data and insights to inform business growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Analytics Capability Development - Lead projects to enhance the company's data and analytics capabilities, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in insights and analytics, who can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and insights to inform business decisions. Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in an insights and analytics role
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
