Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a full-time permanent basis in Epsom. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI, ensuring data-driven decision-making and improving organisational productivity through insightful data visualisation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards to enable self-serve data consumption
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets
  • Utilise tools and methods to present data in accessible formats, with a primary focus on leveraging Power BI for visualisation
  • Provide data analysis services to support various ad hoc analysis requests
  • Support the business by providing relevant data insights through BI/MIs, data mining or other analytical activities
Requirements
  • Power BI Development: Proficiency in developing end-to-end Power BI solutions including data modelling and building interactive reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Understanding of databases is required, with familiarity with Redshift being a plus
  • Postgraduate qualifications in STEM subject or similar such as MSc/PhD
  • Experience with Scrum and AGILE based methodologies
