Job Overview

We are seeking a Front of House Operations Manager to oversee and inspire our dedicated Rapport team of 5 Ambassadors across key locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery within a prestigious corporate environment.

We are in search of an individual who possesses a remarkable talent for establishing immediate connections with all stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in a highly professional team, dedicated to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences across multiple reception areas and meeting spaces.

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week), with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, including shifts between early morning and evening hours, offering flexibility based on operational requirements. This position includes attractive benefits such as complimentary meals and refreshments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing the Guest Services Contract to meet the standards set by Rapport and the Client
  • Delivering high-quality Front of House Guest Services, managing switchboard operations, and coordinating on-site events as necessary
  • Contributing to the strategic growth and development of all locations across the UK and Ireland
  • Maintaining an active presence during peak operational hours by covering the reception desk
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and guests, while understanding their business objectives
  • Leading, motivating, training, and managing a diverse team across various locations
  • Monitoring and managing operational costs effectively
