Job Title: National Account Manager - Full Time Hybrid Permanent Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Greaves Recruitment. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest customers, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored support to meet their packaging needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Manage customer accounts and provide regular reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Drive personal development and build relationships with other sales team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of packaging solutions and industry trends
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work
