Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for applying scientific methods to analyze and interpret complex data, building scalable machine learning pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve data product performance
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through effective storytelling
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
