Team Leader (Claims Handling and Customer Service)

We're seeking an experienced, customer-focused claims handling professional to lead our team of claims coordinators in delivering a market-leading service to our clients and their customers.
We're Evolution Claims Management, a leading provider of claims management services to the insurance industry. Our goal is to build trust with our clients and their customers by handling claims in a way that exceeds their expectations.
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Evolution Claims Management delivers on its promises to clients and their customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of claims coordinators, developing their skills and knowledge to ensure high levels of performance and quality.
- Proactively managing and developing your team to optimize personal and team performance.
- Applying sound financial judgment to minimize claim spend and ensure tight control of fee spend.
- Meeting and exceeding measures of success, both in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in accordance with our clients' Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading teams in a technical claims environment. You should have a good working knowledge of the insurance industry and strong management and relationship skills to manage and motivate a team of claim coordinators.
