Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Claims Executive to join our team at MACTALENT LTD. As a Senior Claims Executive, you will play a key role in handling complex claims and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive claims documents and manage client claims and settlements.
  • Present claims to underwriters, addressing queries, providing feedback, and responding to clients, insurers, and internal departments.
  • Review and prepare correspondence regarding notifications and claims to ensure that products and cover meet client risk requirements, business objectives, and compliance standards.
  • Keep clients and insurers informed of claim developments, liaising with third parties as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve client queries, following through to resolution and keeping all parties informed.
  • Develop positive relationships and negotiate with markets to achieve the best outcome for the client.
  • Maintain delegated authority contracts effectively and cost-efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Significant previous claims experience, preferably in liability, personal accident, or property.
  • Good understanding of insurance principles.
  • Strong knowledge of the claims-handling process.
  • Understanding of broking and underwriting processes.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning skills.
  • Able to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and targets.
  • Able to build sustainable relationships.
