We're seeking an experienced claims handling professional to lead our team of claims coordinators in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

We're Evolution Claims Management, a leading provider of claims management services to home insurance companies. Our goal is to build trust with our clients and their customers by handling claims in a way that keeps them coming back year after year.

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Evolution Claims Management meets its promises to clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of claims coordinators, developing their skills and knowledge to ensure high levels of performance and quality.
  • Proactively managing and developing your team to optimize personal and team performance.
  • Applying sound financial judgment to minimize claim spend and ensure tight control of fee spend.
  • Meeting and exceeding measures of success, both in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in accordance with our clients' Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience of leading teams in a technical claims environment, with a good working knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Strong management and relationship skills, to manage and motivate a team of claim coordinators.
  • An ability to take a proactive approach to implementing best practice, demonstrating the confidence and personal presence necessary to bring about change that will improve processes and performance.
