HR Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bouygues Energies & Services. As an HR Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient processing of employee instructions, including right to work and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering Documentation: Collect and verify required documentation for new hires, including right to work and VISA processing.
- Contract Management: Draft and review employment contracts and offer letters using our templates.
- Data Management: Accurately input data into our payroll system to support the onboarding process.
- Staff Tracking: Ensure our staff tracker is always up-to-date to monitor new starters and leavers.
- Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process to create a smooth experience for new employees.
- Portal Management: Register staff details on relevant portals and provider sites as needed.
- Leaver Management: Update the staff tracker to monitor leavers, calculate leave entitlements, and address basic queries regarding the leaving process.
- Amendments: Secure necessary approvals for corrections and amendments, and create workflows to update payroll data as needed.
- IT Literacy: High IT literacy and comfort using MS Teams and MS Outlook.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Shared Service Experience: Experience working in a Shared Service model supporting multiple companies.
- Remote Working: Comfort with remote and digital working, including video calls and instant messaging.
- Annual Leave: 26 days annual leave increasing to 30 days.
