Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administration to strengthen the client's Programme PMO offering.
- Produce clear and concise programme documentation, including Board minutes, Highlight Reports, slide decks, and org charts.
- Analyse key programme reports and data, summarising findings.
- Administer the client's SharePoint site, ensuring version control principles are adhered to and tracked.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of client programme meetings and workshops.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to agreed timescales, standards of accuracy, and presentation.
- A strong understanding of the current and emerging ERP technology landscape.
- High-level practical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and Project Management tools.
- Broad knowledge of key areas that make up programme and project management, including planning, risk, and issues, finance tracking.
- Ability to provide quality administration to the programme and related Governance boards.
- Capacity to undertake a range of administrative duties, including recording actions, undertaking research and analysis, drafting reports and documents, and proofreading key programme documentation.
