Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to create innovative menus and promotions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a gastro pub or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
