About the Role

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Ocado's supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical tools and reports, providing insights to key stakeholders, and driving data-driven decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Logistics teams, and Technology Operations to provide actionable insights that enhance operational performance.
  • Support root cause analysis investigations to address supply chain challenges and implement effective solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of VBA and Google Script.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Apex.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
