Position: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Perfect Team is a reputable manufacturer seeking a skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee logistics, warehousing, and shipping operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics and operational aspects of stock handling, order fulfillment, and dispatch within our dedicated facility.

In this role, you will lead the Warehouse Manager and ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and shipping departments. You will also be tasked with enforcing Health and Safety regulations and providing leadership by setting clear expectations and exemplifying high standards of work practices.


Key Responsibilities:
- * Conduct training for staff on safe working procedures and onboarding for new employees * Evaluate performance and activities within the logistics department using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Generate regular reports and analytics utilizing Excel and our proprietary systems * Enhance departmental efficiency and staff productivity * Supervise the seamless operation of warehouse functions, shipping areas, product assembly, order fulfillment, quality assurance, packaging, and dispatch * Manage overhead expenses related to personnel and supplies * Ensure timely supply chain management for incoming and outgoing goods

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and operations management. Candidates should possess the ability to commute easily and be available for a standard work schedule.
