We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service - Provide timely and effective support to customers and partners, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our financial products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers and partners.
  • Communication - Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with customers and partners, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
