Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and invoicing warranty claims in compliance with strict company and manufacturing guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and invoice warranty claims in line with company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor the status of claims, ensuring timely and accurate final payments.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all warranty claims.
  • Liaise with internal departments and manufacturers to resolve any claim-related issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and offering support related to warranty claims.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Warranty or Service background.
  • Strong vehicle technical knowledge.
  • Computer literacy with excellent administration skills.
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Good, clear telephone manner.
