**Job Summary**
James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team on a locum basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law and experience in handling regeneration and development projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a point of contact for a variety of cases, including regeneration, community assets, and planning team
- Provide legal advice on commercial property matters, corporate, constitutional, and administrative matters to ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations
- Handle regeneration and development projects, drafting development agreements, overages, conditional sale agreements, complex leases, license agreements, collateral warranties, and advising on gap funding agreements
- Deal with statutory school transfers and manage academy conversions
**Requirements:**
- Strong commercial property law experience
- Experience of handling regeneration and development projects
**What We Offer:**

**Working Hours:**
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
