Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, process, and invoice warranty claims in accordance with established company and manufacturing protocols.
2. Monitor the status of claims until final payments are completed.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in warranty or service sectors is advantageous.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Autoline / Kerridge systems is beneficial.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Clear and professional telephone communication skills.
