Job Title: Warranty Test Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Test Technician to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd. As a Warranty Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and excellence of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of units to identify issues and ensure compliance with OEM specifications.
  • Report analysis data in a timely manner to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform detailed analysis of warranty returns, claims, and costs to determine corrective and preventative actions.
  • Provide technical support across departments to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate fault and liability information to internal management for action planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Preferred understanding of fuel systems, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to use hand tools and measurement equipment with a knack for interpreting results and data.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Qualifications: GCSE Level A-C, IVQ Technician certificate, BTec first certificate, NVQ level 2 qualification, or equivalent.
