Senior Business Manager for Global Screening and Regulatory Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a Global Screening and Regulatory Operations Business Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Global Screening and Regulatory Operations management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Initiatives: Support key business initiatives and assist in day-to-day activities, including creation of objectives and accomplishments, town hall and offsite planning, talent reviews, and driving people agenda activities across the organization.
  • Provide Strategic Support: Create and present periodic non-financial information for business and governance review with Ops leads, front office, and/or F&BM partners.
  • Develop and Manage Communications: Develop and manage internal and external communications, including organizational announcements, Symphony maintenance, intranet development, newsletters, videos, and year-end messaging.
  • Build and Implement OKRs: Build out OKRs (Objectives with Key Results) and ensure the organization is measuring what really matters, with metrics automated in production and easily accessible for everyone.
  • Lead Future Plan and Strategy: Lead, develop, and own the future plan and strategy for operational support, reflecting business plans over the short to medium term and beyond.
  • Manage Business Reviews and Reporting: Manage Business Reviews, Executive Reporting, Leadership Meetings, and Offsite/Planning other business events.
  • Develop Product-Centric Approach: Focus on developing a product-centric end-to-end approach, partnering, challenging, and influencing as a matter of course.

  • Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Execution and Delivery: Deep execution experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Payment Products: Knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape.
  • Policy Development: Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes, and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards.
